Who Am I?

I recently wrote in another blog post that "I want to be me."

Since I wrote that, my mind has opened up and the question of "who am I?" has been going through my head.

In listening to a recent podcast (which I can't find for some reason), I was challenged with the idea that we have multiple personalities. Depending on the situation, we need to show up as a different person. For example, how I act with my wife is going to be different different from how I act with the guys on site.

This is not a bad thing. This does not make me inauthentic. I'm not changing my values. I'm only changing the way I interact with the person or people in front of me in order to connect and serve them.

Now the question becomes, "Who needs to show up right now in order to serve the person or situation in front of me?"
