Casey is the founder of the award-winning sustainable building company, The Conscious Builder, the host of The Conscious Builder Podcast and The Conscious Builder Show on YouTube and the founder of The Conscious Builder Academy, an online course hub for future-focused builders who want to create better businesses. He has written almost 400 blog posts on topics such as marketing, branding, entrepreneurship, personal development, sustainability and more.

​Casey brings over two decades of experience to the construction industry and over a decade of experience to building high-performance homes while also staying committed to his wife, son and Jesus.

Lego to Tree Forts to Houses

Growing up, Casey was always building - everything from Lego to tree forts. He was not exposed to the construction industry through any family members but he was introduced to it in high school. That love of building and woodworking was evident in the grades he received in shop class.

Casey started his construction career at the age of 17. He was running construction projects by the age of 20 and was a licensed carpenter by the age of 21. he only ever worked for one construction company and at the age of 24 he went out on his own and he has never looked back.

Conscious Building

When Casey started his first business and construction company, it was just like every other company. He simply wanted to do good work and make a good living. It was not until he and his wife, Natasha, attended their first Tony Robbins event in 2012 that his mindset shifted and he started to ask himself "Why?" 

Then, when he and Natasha found out they were having a child, everything clicked. If he was going to tell this child that he could do anything he wanted and become whoever he wanted, he would have to lead by example. He wanted his son to be proud of him and look up to him.

That's when The Conscious Builder was born.

On a Mission

Now, Casey is on a mission to make sure everybody in the world has a healthy, comfortable and efficient home to live in.

A Message From Casey

Anybody can build a house, a business or a life but it takes real dedication to build something that you can be proud of. It takes courage to realize our weaknesses and determination to continuously get back up when we're knocked down. This journey has been far from easy but it has been worth it. Avoid the easy path (or the large gate) and your eyes and heart will be opened.
