Meet Chris Castillo, serial entrepreneur, part owner of Ottawa’s Koichi Ramen and Mechanic to You. He’s been a business mentor of Casey’s for over 6 years as part of his Master Entrepreneur consulting group and recently launched a second coaching company called Fire Within.
In this episode we learn how Chris developed his entrepreneurial skills as a kid living with a single mom growing up in the desert of Chile to how he made his first $500 in consulting services at the age of 18. Chris has a ton to offer in this podcast. Everything from goal setting to good business principles to how to be innovative and creative and how to use other people’s money. As usual, he over delivers! A lot of new businesses get into the practice of getting the wrong stuff. A new desk, new phone, website, business cards, logo... Get the customer first and THEN grow it! “

This has been a key factor to his success and life’s work. From being a mechanical engineer to starting and running his own engineering consulting firm, to joining Casey at The Conscious Builder and now partnering on their newest company, Gingko, Chad is a force for good. Chad shares his life changing experience and Christmas miracle that occurred on December 21st, 2018.
